One of three rooms available in the house, it's spacious with good light and all the amenities you might need. The description and pictures are accurate. The shared areas were nice too, but other than doing laundry, I had little reason to leave my room. And the washer and dryer were easy to access.

I stayed for one night, it is so close to the university of miami, Peaceful neighborhood, everything as the pictures and very comfortable place to stay. I was planning on coming the following week but sadly my plans changed so I couldn’t make it the second time but this place I totally recommend staying.

I was very pleased with ****'s home! I rented the large room with the private bath and private entrance which was great. **** was around and very responsive in answering the few questions I had. He provides fresh coffee every morning and even let me borrow a beach towel. He offered helpful suggestions on best routes and in general was so friendly.

I'm a student coming from another country. **** is really caring and gentile, helped me out with some difficulties and gave me excellent tips about the city. Johana, the co-host, is super helpful, caring and generous with her time. Also helped me out with some difficulties. The house is as beautiful as it looks by the photos and has A LOT of kitchen tools for guests that are more into cooking than buying ready-made food. Excellent place with excellent people.

It was a nice stay. The location is convenient and close to UM. It might be a little inconvenient for long stay as there are four rooms in the house but only one bathroom, washing machine, and dryer.

The room was exceptionally clean and in a beautiful area. The area is very close the U of Miami campus and very peaceful. I could walk by myself even in midnight. **** was super responsive to my questions during day and night. His responded my messages very quickly and provided very clear instructions how to use the house and room. Overall, I had spent great time in the very peaceful and comfortable room. I fully recommend this property and excellent host!!!

**** was an extremely gracious host. He was very responsive and helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The location of the house was very close to the Richter Library at the University of Miami. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and convenient for a quick run or walk to restaurants and grocery stores.

The neighborhood is great and safe, really loved it. The place itself is nice, quiet and clean, liked it The host, **** is one of the best on my list. He’s a very welcoming and kind person and tried his best to make me feel comfortable/home. It felt like he always had his phone on his face (just kidding) but he’s very proactive and always answered questions on time. I enjoyed my stay there, I will definitely go back and I highly recommend.

A beautiful place to stay in Miami, **** is a great host and Johana a great co-host, feel free to ask them any questions that you have about the reservation. Gorgeous garden, secure environment around the neighborhood, and **** offer you almost everything you need in while you’re in South Miami, It's worth the money.

Really lovely room, with a private bathroom and fridge/microwave. There are two other rentable rooms in the house, but despite that it felt pretty quiet and private.

I had a great stay in ****'s Airbnb. The room is spaceous, has a comfortable bed and is well equipped. **** was a great host, always nice, accommodating and available. The area is beautiful and really safe. That comes with the catch of being a little outside of the city center and it definitely takes some time to get there. However that was made clear in the listing and was worth it for me considering the safe and beautiful area. The bathroom and ammenities were clean and worked well. This was a great place to stay. At first I was a bit skeptical because I’ve never stayed in a shared space before. But it’s exactly what I needed and more. Great private entrance and very clean. **** is an awesome host who was very willing to share all the information I needed as a long-stay guest. We had a wonderful conversation and really hit it off! And shout out to Johana, not only did she clean up the house perfectly, but also helped me with some very trivial things that I should have done for myself. **** was super responsive and helpful when I needed to check out later. The home is very comfortable, but I do wish fragrance wasn’t the norm with Airbnb. It almost felt like scents were coming out of the vents. When I arrived home everything in my suitcase still smelled like perfume. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

****'s place was great. Simple, easy. All I needed was a bed and a shower and this was my first time staying in a shared airbnb and I couldn't be more pleased. Also the price is the most affordable in town. And the location was perfect. The covered outdoor patio and backyard were peaceful for my slow mornings. And the big tv in the bedroom was great for watching basketball games at night. Would stay here again

This was the perfect place for me to spend 3 nights while visiting my son at UM. The room itself was clean and quite large with a super comfortable bed. The attached private bath with large shower/tub was great. Friendly hosts. Couldn’t ask for more!

I had a very good experience. The house is very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped with diverse appliances and utensils. Brand new washer and drier. I stayed at the master bedroom which has a private bathroom. The other rooms use a shared bathroom. **** responded to messages pretty quick and always politely. Through the Airbnb app he provided accurate and detailed information about the house’s location and how to check in. I would stay over again and recommend ****’s place.

****'s place was beautiful, located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood near UM. I didn't get to really explore the entire house, as I was not there much. But there was a patio off the kitchen, and the kitchen had any cooking utensil imaginable. I've stayed in Miami many times and ****'s place is definitely a bright spot if you plan to visit Miami!

I really enjoyed my stay and the neighborhood. Felt like home. The bed quality is so good. Everything is as described. This place is not exactly in the center of touristy areas of Miami but that makes it really peaceful, clean and safe. However, it is very easy to get around with car or uber.

ED's place had a really homey vibe. It was in a super chill and nice neighborhood, which was awesome. Plus, it was super close to the University of Miami, so getting to the seminar was super easy. It wasn’t right next to the main tourist spots, but with a car, it was no problem at all, and it was still pretty easy to get around. If I ever come back to Miami, I’d definitely stay here again

I loved ****'s place and my room with a private bath with 2 sinks, a full size refrigerator, freezer, and a microwave in the room. The full kitchen, living room, patio, yard are all shared space. The kitchen has all the pots and pans, utensils. So one can hermit in the room, using the fridge and microwave, and use the vast resources available as part of the house. My room is number 3- I did not know that was my room, so when I arrived, and searched the house, I found that room matched the photo. There are other residents in the house, some longer term, and another room for rent. Everyone I met was super nice. The place is homey, easy going, and clean. There is a large TV in the room and in the living room. There is a ceiling fan in the room. I would love to stay there again if in the area.

I stayed at ****’s place while I was in town for my best friends wedding! Everything was exceptional from the moment I arrived. He was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and small needs! I would stay at his place again in a heartbeat!!! 10/10!!!

Host was friendly, chill, professional, and replied quickly. The place smelled good and was very well cleaned and organized. I felt cozy in this room and slept well. I'll be staying here next time I'm in town, and I think it was great value for what I paid. It's about a 30 minute walk from Sunset Place/South Miami metro station for reference.

It was close 20 minute walk to University of Miami and easy to get to other places (Whole Foods, Publix, and other restaurants) with Freebee (an app that lets you ride for free to certain delineated places within South Miami). **** was super accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to any question that I had. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would definitely come back! :)

Moreover, my room was equipped with a comfortable office chair and desk, and paired with high-speed internet, it enabled me to work efficiently. The other amenities here are also top-notch; I especially enjoyed the TV in my room, allowing me to watch my favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need. The house offers 24-hour air conditioning, a showerhead with strong pressure, and a bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Above all, **** is always cheerful and chatty, always willing to assist in any way he can. I believe his positive energy significantly contribute to the good vibes of this house. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends visiting Miami! :)

****’s place is what an Airbnb should be. Everything was clean, the bedroom was comfortable and the room had all the basics that someone need (even towels!). The place is quiet, the bathroom was always pristine, the kitchen was fabulous. I highly recommend this place and of course I will stay again in the future!

I always notice a nice clean floor. ****’s place had that. Can walk barefoot and not feel a thing. Shared areas were clean as well as the room itself. I had great conversations with 2 newly arrived to the US grad students from The U. I believe **** lives in the other half of the home but never saw him though he was available and quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. I’d stay here again. I enjoyed staying in this home for four nights and would happily do so again. the bedroom was large and well appointed and the bathroom was clean. the lighting was perfect (no cheap fluorescents). I also had the use of a full height refrigerator in the bedroom!

****'s place was a great last minute spot for me! I came down to Miami for a music festival that my company hosts and I had to walk roughly a mile to and from campus and I felt safe walking there at night and during the day. The house was nice and clean and the room was cozy for myself, there were towels waiting on my bed and the people there were great! I even watched the Men's Final Four game with another houseguest and owner Miluska in the house. I will 100% come back and stay here. Thank you guys!

This is a nice place to stay! +My friend and I are two girls in their 20s so I didnt want to pick an unsafe spot. It was very safe! +The door had a padlock. +You are sharing the house with the owners (+roommate) so it’s not like you are just alone with other random airbnb guests. +The owners are friendly but not in an overbearing way. I sat with them and watched 90-day fiancée after dinner! +They are doing some renovations in the house so there’s some extra clutter but not crazy. We are college students so we are used to it! +it was St. Patrick’s day so the owners lit fireworks in the backyard, so fun! +it’s a shared bathroom but I there was no other roommate or other guests those days so we weren’t fighting for the bathroom. +There’s also a mirror in the hallway so I did hair and makeup in front of that instead of in the bathroom. +They made us a space in the fridge so we could keep stuff in there. They also let us use all of their cooking utensils. Overall it was worth the price!

My friend and I were looking for a cozy spot in Miami, close to attractions such as UMiami and downtown. We were lucky enough to find this amazing location! The location itself was very nice, located in a suburban neighborhood filled with smiles and palm trees. From our arrival to checkout, our hosts was incredibly accommodating. They provided necessities such as an ironing board and products for a day in the sun. They were kind enough to open our door at an inconvenient time in a very timely manner. This spot itself was so comfortable; the bed and pillows were perfect for vacation. The shower was also incredibly roomy and the water pressure was insane! Don’t hesitate to book this, you will not regret it, we will for sure be back!

I grew up in Miami, so I knew the area and wanted to stay close to UM. It worked out perfect! Centrally located and a very quiet neighborhood and home…very peaceful. The premises were perfect, clean and very spacious. The king size bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was in my own home! Very spacious bathroom too! Everything was clean and orderly. **** was on top of everything. He was very responsive to any questions I had and very accommodating as well. Highly recommend this place! I would return to this Airbnb when I’m back in Miami Thank you ****!

This was a great place to stay. It’s in the middle and it allowed me to get to different places very easily such as sailing , going to my friends wedding rehearsal, & finding a great local makeup /hair artist. He is a great resource on how to best maximize your time in Miami & how to get around within your budget. He and his roommates were both approachable and friendly. I had an opportunity to hang out with them and had a good time. It was affordable, and had clear instructions and guidelines on house rules. I would recommend anyone to stay here when they come to Miami.

It’s a very safe and nicely manicured location in Coral Gables. This was a great location for our visit to nearby University of Miami. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac. Friendly neighbors, too. Smiling faces. The room within ****’s home was very clean, and he even was able to provide us with a clothes iron/ironing board on very short notice. The walls are a little thin, but nothing of serious concern. The view through sliding glass door which looks into the backyard was beautiful, with nice, healthy tropical plants and a fruiting coconut tree! Great and diverse restaurants nearby, great local availability of all kinds of cool shopping, and great local coffee shops.

**** was an extremely responsive host - I had to postpone my arrival due to a snowstorm in Canada and he was very understanding and flexible. When I got there and wanted a few things (bathroom cleaned, key to my room) they were done very quickly. I had my own bathroom, bedroom, and TV - the family lives in the rest of the house but there was hardly any noise from them and I had my privacy. Miami is an extremely expensive place and there's also inflation and the value of the Canadian dollar against the US - so this place was good value in that context. Check in and check out was easy and flexible (I checked out at 5am on a Sunday). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, ****!

Great place to stay!

Communication with **** was very good. I had decided to use public transport to get around Miami, and **** was extremely helpful in advising the best routes and using the local Uber service to get to and from the Metro station. We also had some great conversations on local affairs and, as an Englishman, I found it very interesting to get the local insight.

Loved the private back door entrance. It made it cozy and private for us. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. All was perfect for the price. Also loved that it was walking distance from UM. (University of Miami) so didn’t have to rent a car but could have had i wanted too since there was also a parking space offered if need be. Thank you! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again next time I am in Miami.

**** is one of the friendliest hosts I’ve ever had. The house was clean, spacious and in a gorgeous, quiet tucked away area. **** was extremely helpful providing information while also making me feel right at home. The price was also extremely fair and overall it was as good of an experience I’ve had. Would highly recommend and if I’m ever in the area again I hope I can book with him.

**** and Miluska are great hosts with a wonderful property. The room is spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable- best bed we have slept on ever! They were gracious to let us leave our left overs in the fridge for next day. Highly recommend staying here.

I'd definitely recommend staying at ****'s place if you're visiting Coral Gables! The room was even better than I'd expected - very spacious and comfortable; the house was quiet and has a beautiful garden with hammocks; I found it very handy for getting to the University of Miami too. **** was a fantastic host, he was super friendly and helpful - when my friend needed a place to stay, he found a room and a mattress for him that same evening, and even gave me some amazing coffee he'd brought back from Colombia!
