This site belongs to GablesRooms, a private-room guest house in South Miami, FL. This page explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

Browsing this site collects nothing about you. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and the site sets no cookies of its own. When you check dates, only the dates you enter are sent to our server to look up availability.

When you book, the booking form is provided by Hospitable, our reservation system. It collects your name, email address, phone number, the dates and room you booked, and your payment details. Payment is processed by Hospitable's payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your booking details to confirm your reservation, send you the address and check-in instructions, reach you about your stay, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Who else sees it

Hospitable and its payment processor handle booking and payment data under their own privacy policies. Cloudflare serves this website and may log standard connection information such as IP address for security. Nobody else receives your details unless the law requires it.

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email Jem7991@gmail.com or message us at +1 (224) 254-6852. We will respond within a few days. Records tied to a completed stay may be kept as long as tax law requires.
