Staying at James's place was exceptional. The place was clean, quiet and in a very central location. The host was very responsive and catered to all my needs. Definitely my new home away from home.

Highly recommend staying at this house in South Miami. Great location close to the University of Miami. Very quiet, comfortable, and clean.

James is a friendly, welcoming and helpful person. His place is clean, tidy and neat. My stay was great. Most importantly, his place is of a walking distance from the University of Miami.

I really enjoyed my stay and the neighborhood. Felt like home. The bed quality is so good. Everything is as described. This place is not exactly in the center of touristy areas of Miami but that makes it really peaceful, clean and safe. However, it is very easy to get around with car or uber.

Host was friendly and responsive. Accommodations matched the listing. Private bathroom was large with bath included. Place was clean and inviting. Other guests were also friendly and helpful. Location is a 5 min drive to UMiami. Would recommend.

Perfect place for visiting my daughter at UM! Clean, comfortable, and the MetroConnect service was a game-changer. We didn't need to rent a car at all. The tropical garden and hammock were lovely for relaxing. Will definitely book again for next visit!

My second time staying here, and once again, I had a fantastic time. James is a great host and his home has everything you need for a short or long stay. Very convenient to the University of Miami and a short ride to the Miracle Mile and Cococunt Grove.

the place was very clean i arrived, and yeah it is pretty close to the UM. the house has everything you can possibly need and James James is a great person. would definitely book it again if i am in this area.

James was responsive and friendly. The room and house were nice and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. Overall, a pleasant stay.

here for the weekend. vous con at the watsco center and on the university of miami campus every year. 7 minute drive from the air bnb. liked that it was a hidden house on a nice, private street. place is as described. James is easy to communicate with.

James was extremely informative, helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for my visit to UMiami for the weekend. I did not spend much time at the location, but it was extremely comfortable and clean. The shower was wonderful and the Tempur-Pedic bed and pillows were perfect for resting. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed staying in this home for four nights and would happily do so again. the bedroom was large and well appointed and the bathroom was clean. the lighting was perfect (no cheap fluorescents). I also had the use of a full height refrigerator in the bedroom!

Very clean quite room in a friendly house. Great affordable price, walking distance to UM

This was perfect for us. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Our own entrance was nice. We'll stay there again!
