About this room

The Queen Room is the practical choice: a comfortable queen bed, a desk you can actually work at, your own mini fridge, and a smart TV. The window faces the garden, so it is quiet.

The bathroom is a few steps down the hall and shared with the other queen rooms. Travel nurses and residents at South Miami Hospital, a short walk away, tend to pick a queen room for monthly stays and spend the difference on Miami.

You have full use of the kitchen, the screened patio, the garden, and the washer and dryer. Sleeps two.

In the rest of the house

  • 1 Gbps fiber on Wi-Fi 7, mesh coverage out to the garden
  • Full kitchen: induction cooktop, air fryer, Vitamix, coffee machine
  • Screened patio with hammocks and dining table
  • Quarter-acre tropical garden with lawn and BBQ
  • Washer and dryer, free
  • Off-street parking as available, street parking steps away
  • EV charging (NEMA 14‑50) on request, extra fee
  • Self check-in by keypad, any hour
  • Central air conditioning
  • Professional cleaning between stays
